Ultimately, our focus is to offer therapy which empowers individuals. This starts with genuinely respecting your autonomy and right to choose your own path. Whether you're getting by "good enough" in your life but still find yourself discontent and aren't sure why, or you're dealing with mental illness (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma) which is beginning to unravel your relationships and your life. You may seek short-term symptom relief, and this will always be respected, on the other hand, you may choose to dive deeper to clarify and work on the root of a reoccurring problem.
With the addition of Dr. Hoffman, we aim to provide neuropsychological assessments that assist individuals in gaining a deeper understanding of factors contributing to cognitive difficulties and resources available to improve overall quality of life.
